Track 1: MBS Processes & The Accountability Ladder      Pages 33-34 in Participant Guide      Pages 40-41 in Participant Guide for Product Development Track 2: Confirmation of Attendance Form.  You must attend a facilitator lead discussion before completion of this form.      You must complete this form to receive credit for this course.  This training is part 4 of 6 trainings provided by MSA on the Foundations of MBS.  You will receive the additional assignments for the training series over the next few months.  All MSA associates are required to complete MBS Foundations training.  All participants will receive a hard copy of the MBS Participant Guide from your manager, please follow up with them directly if you have not recieived it.  For additional information, resources,  and links to the MBS Foundations Participant Guides, reference the Optional Resources section below.
