MSA Business System Silver Certification The MBS Silver Level Certification is designed to equip participants with advanced skills in utilizing the A3 problem-solving methodology to tackle complex challenges within the organization.   Building upon the foundational knowledge of lean principles, participants at this level master the structured approach of A3 problem solving to define, analyze, and drive to root cause, ultimately leading to sustainable improvement. To achieve the MBS Silver Level Certification, participants must fulfill the following criteria: ·        Advanced Training: Completion of specialized training focused on A3 problem-solving methodology, including tools and techniques for problem definition, analysis, and root cause identification. ·        Practical Application: Leadership of an A3 effort aimed at driving improvement within the organization, resulting in measurable and sustainable results.
